Shipping your parcel

Parcels are generally dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer delivery with UPS Extra with signature request, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your parcel online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage. Handling costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your parcel will be sent at your own risk, but special care is taken in the case of fragile items.
