We process only the data that are necessary to execute the sale of our products, as per your request through our websites, e-commerce platform or, as alternative, to answer your questions and requests of information submitted via @mail or through our forms, or to fulfill your subscription to our newsletter and/or by registering at our stores.
We process your personal details and contact information, as well as, in case of registration and orders, the data necessary for sales fees payment, such as bank details, and those necessary to arrange the delivery of our products. No other data, including so-called sensitive data, are processed.

The processing of your personal data, provided by you when registering in our websites, e-commerce or at our stores, is for the sales of our products through our e-commerce and ensuring their proper fulfillment.
Follow this, the processing has the purpose to fulfill the Data Controller's tax and administrative obligations. 4) Legal Basis
The legal basis of the processing of personal data is your consent, also given through conclusive facts, and the pre-contractual measures aimed at the subsequent marketing and sale of our products, for which you registered in our e-commerce, newsletter and/or at our stores; in other cases, to answer your questions or information requests.
Following the sale of a Product, the legal basis for the processing are the laws and regulations that charge us, as Data Controllers, of tax and administrative obligations and, in any case, obligations related to the terminated contractual relationship, as well as our legitimate interest in keeping you informed about our upcoming promotions and initiatives.
Development and sharing of commercial initiatives dedicated to you, including personalized discounts on your birthday, is based on your express consent.
5) Recipients
Personal data relating to the processing may be given:
– to collaborators, partners, and employees of the Data Controller for the execution of the above mentioned contract;
– to professionals responsible of accounting and tax returns, as well as other parties whose activity is commissioned and/or instrumental to this processing;

– to the Authorities for security reasons, as well as, where required, for the investigations and/or the prevention of crimes.
6) Data Retention
If you register in our website, e-commerce and/or at our stores, your data will be retained for the entire duration of your registration, until you cancel it and, subsequently, for the strictly necessary time to fulfill the additional purposes for which the Data Controller is responsible, within the timeframes established by legal or regulatory obligations.
If you subscribe our newsletter, data processing will continue until you request cancellation.
7) Rights of the interested party
As interested party, you always have the right to ask the data controller, using the above contact details to:
